My experience with Drain Rooter was excellent. From contacting their dispatch line, to Rick and Ryan arriving, was about 30 minutes. Within an hour after arriving, Rick and Ryan had our backed up drain line unblocked and removed of the roots that caused the blockage. They were even kind enough to go over the situation with some educational points for homeowners, as well as give rough timelines for preventative maintenance to prevent future occurrences of blocked drains.
